CC Coach provides coaching through agreed bookings, session packs and packages based on the information supplied by the client, the client's goals and the circumstances known at the time of the engagement. Employment, promotion, remuneration, admission, licensing, registration, migration and other third-party outcomes are determined by employers, institutions, regulators and other decision-makers and cannot be guaranteed by website content or by coaching support.

This disclaimer applies to everyone who reads this website or takes part in a CC Coach service: career changers, jobseekers, professionals preparing for interviews or promotion, new leaders, people returning to work, participants in outplacement programs, and the organisations that sponsor coaching for their people.
Coaching supports your decision-making. A coach helps you clarify direction, weigh options, prepare for interviews and conversations, build confidence, structure a plan and hold yourself to it. Guidance provided in sessions reflects the experience of our coaches, the information you share and the state of the labour market at the time; it is a professional input to your decisions, not a decision made on your behalf.
Coaching supports decision-making but does not guarantee employment, promotion, migration, admission or salary outcomes. No coach can promise that you will be shortlisted, interviewed, hired, promoted, granted a visa, admitted to a course or profession, or paid a particular amount. Those outcomes rest with employers, selection panels, education providers, registration bodies and government agencies, and depend on factors outside any coach's control.
Nothing on this website, and nothing said in a coaching session, is legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, migration advice or medical advice. If your situation involves employment law questions, contracts, visas, tax, financial planning or health, you should consult a qualified and, where required, registered practitioner, such as a solicitor, a registered migration agent, a licensed financial adviser or a medical professional. Your coach can help you prepare questions for those professionals, but cannot replace them.
Coaching is a forward-looking, goal-oriented conversation. It is not counselling, psychology or mental-health treatment. If matters arise during coaching that would be better supported by a counsellor, psychologist or doctor, your coach will say so respectfully and encourage you to seek that support.
