Coaching Terms

The terms that apply to coaching, mentoring and interview-preparation services booked through CC Coach.

1. About these terms

These Coaching Terms apply when you enquire about, book or take part in coaching services offered through CC Coach, part of Career Calling International Pty Ltd (ABN 53 162 651 238) and the wider CAQA Groups family. Coaching work is performed under an agreed booking, session pack, package or written scope. The scope identifies the deliverables, assumptions, client responsibilities, fees, payment terms, timelines and review process. Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information. Work outside the agreed scope may require a variation, an additional fee or a revised timeline.

By booking a session or package with CC Coach, you agree to these Coaching Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Confidentiality statement, Professional Advice Disclaimer and Cancellation and Refund Policy, each of which is published on this website.

2. Who we work with

CC Coach supports people seeking clearer career direction: professionals planning a career change, candidates preparing for interviews, staff pursuing promotion or pay progression, new and emerging leaders, people returning to work after a break, and employees supported through outplacement. We also deliver coaching programs for organisations, including graduate cohorts, team programs and talent-retention initiatives arranged directly with an employer.

3. Services offered through this website

This website describes and takes enquiries for career direction coaching, career change programs, interview coaching, promotion and pay coaching, new leader coaching, return-to-work coaching, outplacement support and coaching packages for individuals and teams. Mentoring support may be arranged within a coaching program where agreed. This website does not operate an online store; every engagement begins with an enquiry through our contact page, by phone or by email.

4. Session bookings and scheduling

Sessions are booked through the contact page, by phone on 1800 266 160 or by email to info@caqa.com.au. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the session time, format and any applicable fee, and you have received written confirmation. Sessions are delivered online or at an agreed location. Session length, frequency and inclusions are set out in your booking confirmation or package outline.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to move a session, please give us as much notice as possible; at least two business days is requested. Rescheduling and cancellation entitlements, including any refund position for sessions, session packs and packages, are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Client preparation and participation

Coaching works best when you arrive prepared. You agree to attend sessions on time, complete any agreed pre-work or reflection activities, provide honest and accurate information about your career history, goals and constraints, and tell your coach early if your priorities change. Your coach will prepare for each session, provide structured feedback and agree practical actions with you at the close of each session.

7. Confidentiality and your information

Coaching conversations are confidential, subject to the limits described in our Confidentiality statement. Personal information collected through this website, such as your name, contact details, enquiry details and any career documents you share, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where an employer or organisation sponsors your coaching, we share only attendance and agreed program-level information; the content of your sessions is not disclosed without your consent.

8. Boundaries of service

Coaching is a structured, forward-looking professional conversation. It is not counselling, psychological therapy, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice or migration advice. If a matter arises during coaching that requires a registered or licensed professional, your coach will say so and encourage you to seek the appropriate support. Coaching strengthens your decision-making and preparation; it does not guarantee employment, promotion, migration, admission or salary outcomes. Our Professional Advice Disclaimer explains these limits in more detail.

9. Fees and payment

Fees for sessions, session packs and packages are quoted and agreed in writing before your engagement begins. Payments are arranged directly with us by invoice or another agreed method; this website does not take payments or process card transactions online. Organisational programs are invoiced under the terms agreed with the sponsoring organisation.

10. Conduct and respect

We are committed to a respectful, safe coaching environment. We ask clients to engage courteously with coaches and support staff. CC Coach may pause or end an engagement where behaviour is abusive, unlawful or makes effective coaching impossible; in that case any unused, prepaid sessions are dealt with under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Coaching Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies to that engagement, and material changes affecting an active package will be communicated to you before they take effect.

12. Contact

Questions about these Coaching Terms can be directed to info@caqa.com.au, by phone on 1800 266 160, or through the contact page.
